Life happens

Hey everyone!

It has been awhile. With holidays, illness, my daughter in law was in school, had the grandbabies more.

I’m ready to get back to posting.

I have been out to Utah to see Young Living Essential Oils Headquarters and Mona Lavender Farm. Utah is so gorgeous. The wide open spaces, the mountains,  blue skies. Breath taking!

Meet Mary Young at Beauty School in Midway Utah.

Sorry, this picture wants to load side ways. I have tried to rotate and it keeps turning this way…😑

Had a lot of fun with new friends. It was a great time. Can’t wait to go back.

It’s great to be back. I missed my page.

Namaste,

Hippie Chick.

Frequency Part III

Hey everyone,

Sorry for the delay in the frequency blog. Life had been a little crazy around here! Working, grandbabies, had lasik and vacation. I’ll be happy to get back to normal.  Oh wait that is pretty much normal.

Frequency Part III

Other things to raise our frequency is food. Eating whole healthy food is best to raise frequency.  Visiting a local farmers market.  Buying organic,  no chemicals.  We have enough chemical in the air we breathe. We shouldn’t add more with our foods.

Getting a wide range of fruits and vegetables, picking healthy protein. Whether you choose plant protein or animal protein. Remember not all fat is bad fat. Olive oil, and coconut oil are great for metabolism and brain health. You need fats and protein to help with proper hormone balance.  Avoid eating processed foods not only do they not have any frequency they are also void of most nutrients, and add empty calories. Avoid foods that come in bags ,cans, and packages. As much as possible. I realize even I sometimes eat processed products.  As long as it is every meal, every day.

Making sure you get enough water is essential too. We need water for proper body system functions. Most people are dehydrated.  And soda pop doesn’t count. It actually cause dehydration. So how much water? Mayo clinic states the average male needs 13 cups, and females 9 cups. Is coffee or tea ok. Yes, it is. Just go easy on the sugar.

Enjoy,

Hippie Chick  Namaste
